This book is written out of a passion to help you understand your current and future financial needs. The word of God says ‘My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge’ (Hosea 4:6a). I know that I was created by God, for the purpose to do His will and to magnify His glorious Kingdom. My purpose here is to share with you God’s promises to you as you trust Him in your finances. There is a lot that we think we know when it comes to finances. We know that we have to pay bills each month, and that we work to receive a pay check and so forth. But what we truly need to know and understand is that God created all of us for His purpose. God wants us to be able to enjoy His creation and to allow us to experience His unsearchable pleasures that we receive when we are able to obey His commands. As we increase in our finances, we must be willing to give. Giving brings about the feeling of satisfaction and a glorious sense of peace. Giving fills us with a sense of being needed in this world. Without giving, we will never be able to experience this type of peace. As you read this book to improve in your finances, you will come to understand that God’s purpose for us is to do His will and to obey His un-altering word.

Retirement is a term that has been in usage for a long time and all it means is that you are no longer producing income. Usually it was used to refer to a person more than 55 year of age, but times have changed, and we are now facing a new age where we can balance lifestyles, manage time to our favor, and be more efficient by investing on what is important Ð as I always say, keep the main thing (THE MAIN THING), connect more with your purpose in life, with what you want to experience and live. For great experiences, and usually for a creative bucket list, it is important to have control of your finances, and create a plan for learning instruments already in existence, with which you can make the most of every dollar you earn. The intention of this book is to start with a guide to the different names that have been given to plans, to understand their differences, and guide you into making the best decisions. Here we goÉ..Enjoy the ride

All right, guys, do you want to turn those lucrative expenses into a reasonable budget? Do you want to turn your dull and tiny bank account into a giant cash machine? It can be difficult to admit, but we often use money irresponsibly. If you want to build a happy and fulfilling life, you must change the way you spend your money. Build The Financial Future shows you how to stop accepting debt as normal, eliminate it forever in small increments, and build the financial future you deserve in. There are tons of books out there that supposedly teach you how to become a millionaire. While some of this advice works, and some doesn't, most of us dream about making millions when our bank account balance isn't even at zero yet - it's negative. I hate to be the one to say it, but chances are you're being irresponsible about money, right now. Growing up I never had to work a day in my life. I could always get what I want - most of the time, anyway - and if I just saved a bit of my birthday money, I could usually buy that new Xbox or laptop within a matter of months. But if you're serious about building a happy and truly fulfilling life, it can't go on like this forever.

The information in this book is extensive. You can use it to sound glib at the water cooler, on the golf course or at a cocktail party. But that would not be it’s best use. Instead, use it to improve your life. The information contained in this book will provide you with the questions to ask, and motivate you to find an advisor you can trust. The next step is to have them prepare a comprehensive, written financial plan for you. A financial plan, like a fine tapestry, should be artfully woven to produce a valuable life chart. Next, implement the plan. Get your house in order. Understand your cash flow. Harmonize your investment portfolio so that it will support you throughout your retirement. Properly insure the risks of life that are: illness, disability, death, property damage, lawsuits and a lengthy long-term care stay. The latter can put you and your family in bankruptcy and/or dependent on a government welfare program. Lastly, carefully plan for your estate so that your worldly goods go to those whom you choose, not some agency of the government. “Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.” —Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
